Staged Groups

A whole school image is an important part of a school's history and is a great reminder of a student's time at school. With our staging and a dedicated groups team we offer staged groups of up to 1000 subjects.

Setting hundreds of students and staff on a stage is not always the easiest of tasks, so strong organisation comes high on the list of importance. All staged shoots are carefully planed beforehand, so staff know what is happening and when, and Imago staff are on hand to position all subjects without fuss.

Specially designed staging, an experienced team, and a proven process ensures your school is in safe hands.

The end product must look neat, symmetrical and a credit to the school

We understand that some of your (mostly) younger students find it hard to always concentrate when a staged group photo is being taken. We go that extra mile in post production to swap a few heads from other images where necessary, to get better expressions and all eyes on the camera.

We understand how time consuming these shoots can be for you, We will meticulously plan the timing of your shoot, ensure the safety of your students and deliver images in formal and optional fun styles.

 
 

Staged Groups Inside All Year Round

Usually for leavers' groups and year groups, inside staged group shots can be taken all year round and provide students with a great memento of the school and with their peers.

Our Process

We strive to provide you with a great service that delights both you and your parents, whilst causing minimal disruption.

  • We will work with you to consider what style of shoot suits you best, what dates are convenient and the structure of your package
  • Before the shoot we will discuss your schedule with you, request any information we need to make the day run as effortlessly as possible and help you ensure staff and parents are prepared
  • On the day of the shoot your photographer will arrive in good time to set up. He/she will work to the schedule throughout the day and strive to capture beautiful images
  • Approximately two weeks after the shoot we will deliver your parents secure gallery login details (this can be done on the day), so they can view and purchase their images on our website. They can choose from a wide range of products and complete their order through our secure online payment facility. Download orders can be received the same working day.
  • After the shoot we will contact you for your feedback . We are always open to suggestions and value your comments, whether good or bad!
  • Delivery of physical products can be to the school or to home
